The Organizing Committee will be responsible for participating teams’ meals from dinner of 12 May until breakfast of 20 May.

Gala Dinner will be held on 19 May at 19:00 at the Happiness Cuisine. All participating teams are cordially invited. Dress code will be either team uniform or smart causal. Transportation service between Happiness Cuisine and official hotel will be provided.
Medal ceremonies of Individual events and Team & Pairs events will be held on 17 and 19 May respectively at the competition venue.
Classification will take place on 13 May at the competition venue.
Doping control will be conducted by the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee in accordance with the IPC Anti-Doping Code. All athletes are subject to the Doping Control sample collection and testing throughout the competition according to the BISFed Anti-Doping Rules.
First aid service will be provided by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Brigade at the competition venue. Teams are reminded to secure their own travel, medical and accident insurance for their team members before departure.

“Fill & Go” arrangement will be operated at peak hours in early morning from the official hotel and close of day from the competition venue, while hourly shuttle service will be provided from 09:30 to 16:30.
For the official training on 13 and 14 May, the shuttle service will be provided based on the teams training schedule.
